Summary

The instrument is designed and made as per standards GB/T510 Test Method for Solidifying Point of Petroleum Oils, SH/T0248 Diesel and domestic heating fuels- Determinaiton of cold filter plugging point. It is suitable to determine solidifying point and cold filter plugging point of petroleum products.


I. Main Technical Features

1. The material of workbench is stainless steel. It has two cold baths in one chamber. The cold baths are equal in temperature.

2. It adopts a new type compressor and advanced digital temperature controller. The coolig rate is fast and efficiency is high. The temperature in cold bath is uniform and it can reach -70℃.The accuracy can reach ±0.5℃.

3. The instrument adopts desk type structure. The design is simple and easy to use. The filter for cold filter plugging point is provided. Operator can do both solidifying point test and cold filter plugging point test as long as buying this instrument.

2. Temperature controll range of cold chamber: 

   (1) Two baths in one chamber. 

   (2) Room temperature~-70 ℃, ±0.5 ℃, the temperatures of two baths are equal.
