Introduction:
The design and production of the Needle Flame Tester follow national requirements GB4706.1-1998. The tester is used for small-flaming ignition experiments in the lighting, low-voltage electrical equipment, home appliances, electrical machines, motors, power tools, electronic equipment, electrical instruments, electrical connectors, accessories, and other electrical and electronic equipment and parts industries, as well as component research, production, and quality control departments.
A needle burner of a standard size (0.9 mm) is used by the needle flame tester,and burns the sample at a 45-degree angle using a particular gas (butane). We examine the sample burning scenario, burning time, and burning length to determine the ignition danger of the small flame caused by equipment fault situations.

1、 The room or compartment in which the test is made shall have adequate dimensions to ensure that the test is carrled out in a substantially draught-free atmosphere and with an adequate supply of air.
2 、 Unless otherwise prescribed in the particular spectrification, the specimen is available in the most defavorable position in normal use. The SPIMEN fixing devices must not have any influence on the effect of the test flame or on the propagation of flames, other than that which they would have in the normal conditions of line.
3 、 During the adjustment of the test flame, we must avoid any influence of the heat derived on the specimen.
4 、 The test flame is applied to the partile of the surface of the specimen likely to be affected by flames occurring as a result of normal use or a default, or the continuation of accidental application of An ignition source what it is. To apply the most defavorable trial flame, you can fold the baking tube. The application point and the application duration of the test flame must be prescribed in the particular specification. Technical Parameters:
1. A stainless steel needle burner with no air access, an inner diameter of 0.5 to 0.1mm, and an exterior diameter of no more than 0.9mm.
