Main frame system

1. Highly integrated: The host is highly integrated with system control as well as image capture, display and memory;

2. Easy expansion: the same host hardware system, the configuration of the different functions of the host software and probe, you can realize the borehole imaging, recording and drilling trajectory measurement and other functions, to achieve a multi-purpose equipment;

3. High intelligent: With built-in ARM + DSP kernel, the image processing speed of the main frame is 25f/s; And access to image data, depth data and current spatial location data can ensure real-time automatic panoramic image acquisition, fast and seamless splicing, at the same time, automatic angle and depth correction, panoramic video image real-time rendering, clear and vivid images. Achieve image stitching, video, capture photos and track measurement synchronization;

 the images, depth and  together with high-efficiency image processing algorithm, real-time automatic capture of panorama image, fast seamless jointing, automatic angle and depth calibration, as well as clear and vivid real-time display of panorama video and developing image are guaranteed;  

4. High reliability: The whole system is highly integrated, stability is good; the instrument is sealed, waterproof and dust is good.

5. High definition: The camera is of 700Lines of color low illuminance, 0.1Lux, 1.3 million pixel and 0.1mm high resolution on cracks; the intensity of light source may be continuously controlled to guarantee clear imaging of all kinds of detection objects;

6. Wide visual angle: The camera has a wide visual angle of 38° of elevation angle, 17° of depression angle and 360° of horizontal angle; it can realize panorama imaging without focusing;

7. Good portability: The whole equipment is small in size, light in weight, easy to carry.

8. Good operating performance: The whole system is simple and easy to operate for the first user to get started quickly.The host can be used as external U disk to copy and paste files directly;

 

9. Low requirement on power source: The host can be powered by built-in chargeable high-energy battery for 8 successive hours of working, or powered by external 12V accumulator. 220V AC is not required. The probe can be powered by built-in chargeable high-energy battery or by the host, and the successive hours of working is more than 10 hours.

PC software

(1) Database management mode: Data management adopts database management mode with convenient and clear data browsing and result memory;

(2)  “What you see is what you get” image display and output mode: Image and result display adopts the “what you see is what you get” mode with completely the same displayed result and printed result;

(3) Flexible switch between three display modes: The device can display plane developing chart as well as 3D bar chart, and 3D bar chart may be continuously rotated by 360°; it may also display core description result sheet together with core bar chart or developing chart;

(4) Direct description on core: Core may be directly described in the developing chart; inclining direction, inclining angle and width of crack may be directly calculated and extracted with width accuracy of 0.1mm and angle accuracy of 0.1;

(5) Selectable print output: Length of image print output, image arrangement and image section to be printed may be set and selected freely;

(6) Multiple image formats: Images can be transformed into formats such as JPG, BMP, PDF and etc.
