Introduction:

What is the normal freezing point of the antifreeze (coolant)? Now the boiling point of antifreeze is generally greater than 105℃, if you use high-quality antifreeze, there will be no "pot boiling" phenomenon. However, the freezing point of various antifreeze fluids is different, which is determined according to different regions and different environmental temperatures. At present, the freezing point of freezing liquid is generally between -15°C and -68°C.

The Automatic Freezing Point Analyzer is designed and made as per the Industrial Standard of People's Republic of China GB/T 2430,SH/T0090-1991(2000), ASTM D1177, ASTMD2386 Standard Test Method for Freezing Point of Engine Coolant. It can be used to test freezing point of engine coolants and condensation liquids.


Features:

1. The Automatic Freezing Point Analyzer is composed of a refrigeration system, an indecisive host computer control system, an embedded hardware control system, a machine electromechanical stirring system, a cold bath test, a frame structural housing system, and the like.

2. The refrigeration system uses a reset refrigeration, the cold bath is up to -70℃, and the control temperature accuracy is ± 1℃ by a condensed tube, a temperature sensor, a bath mixing device, a heating tube, and the corresponding standard specified. Ice point test requirements;

3. The cold bath device of this instrument can simultaneously carry out parallel test of two test tubes; stainless steel cooling bath inlayed multi-layer inner air heating glass window, good thermal insulation, no frost, excellent performance.

4. Test mixing apparatus for driving up and down line motion.

5. The Automatic Freezing Point Analyzer can automatically capture the ice point, depending on the temperature of the freezing point, the change can be visually seen on the curve of the main interface.

6. The temperature of this instrument is reduced by 28℃ for the preset freezer. The system is automatically controlled without manual intervention.
