   Introduction:

Digital-readout oxygen index tester is used to test the required oxygen concentration (volume percent) in the process of polymer burning. Polymer OI value is the min oxygen volume percent of the required oxygen and nitrogen gas mixture in the process of this material is able to be kept burning for 50 mm or 3 minutes once being ignited. With simple structure, easy to operate. It is a tool to identify the polymer burning performance, as well as a tool of the related research. Thereby, we can get a better understanding of the polymer burning, which is applied to test the property of plastic, rubber, forth etc. the test result is accurate and with very good reappear function, therefore, it’s an essential test instrument for researching and producing flame-resistant materials.

This instrument adopts mass flowmeter + touch screen control. The oxygen concentration no longer needs to be adjusted manually, and the value can be set in the touch screen. This function greatly reduces the test time and improves the control accuracy of the oxygen concentration.
