GD-ND21B Full automatic wide range motion viscometer is an automatic instrument for measuring the motion viscosity of transparent and opaque Newtonian fluids. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM D445, D446, ISO3104, GB/T265, GB/T30515 standards. Features:
1. The viscometer is equipped with dual 16 bit sample trays, and the intelligent preheating, injection, measurement, cleaning, drying, result calculation, and repeatability calculation of the samples are all automatically completed.
2. The kinematic viscometer adopts photoelectric or thermal detection, which can measure transparent and opaque samples, including new and in use Newtonian fluids such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, lubricating oil, etc.
3. The viscometer uses patented technology for adaptive balance of bath liquid level, which can adapt to large-scale adjustment of testing temperature without the need to add or remove constant temperature medium during the temperature rise and fall process.
4. The system comes with automatic calibration of viscosity constants, as well as auxiliary functions such as temperature calibration, internal clock timing calibration, automatic conversion of kinematic viscosity to Engler viscosity, and automatic calculation of viscosity index.
5. The viscometer adopts a double-layer glass bath design, PT1000 high-precision temperature sensor, and double blade stirring to ensure stable and accurate temperature in the constant temperature bath, with a temperature control accuracy of 0.01 ℃.
6. The motion viscometer has an automatic intelligent dual solvent cleaning function, which cleans quickly.
7. The viscometer has a timing calibration port, which allows for precise time calibration of the instrument using a standard time calibration instrument.
